Buyer Reality Exchange™

Replace internal buyer folklore with evidence from the people who select, reject, procure, adopt or quietly decline specialist life-science services.

The commercial constraint

Interest is not the same as a buying decision.

Technical teams can praise a proposition while procurement delays it, operational users resist it or an economic buyer chooses no decision. Buyer Reality Exchange™ reconstructs that decision system through neutral evidence. It shows where management belief and external behaviour diverge, what proof is actually required and which proposition changes are worth testing.

Signal 01

Technical interest stalls

Conversations are positive, but opportunities do not move to a funded or contracted decision.

Signal 02

A new market changes the rules

A new geography, indication or buyer group brings unfamiliar proof, vendor-risk and adoption requirements.

Signal 03

The founder network stops converting

Warm access no longer produces repeatable demand, and the organisation cannot explain why.

The Mandrixa method

Study the decision, not the persona.

The unit of analysis is a buyer decision. Mandrixa triangulates neutral interviews with won, lost and no-decision records, commercial documents and observable behaviour. The method separates scientific proof, operational adoption, vendor risk, procurement and budget friction, then exposes the Truth Gap between management assumptions and external evidence.

Unit: buyer decision

Decision: change the proof, proposition or commercial package, or stop pursuing an unsupported market assumption.

Evidence required

  • A defined decision and the technical, economic, procurement and user roles involved
  • Won, lost and no-decision contacts, with at least six credible external participants where possible
  • Current proposition, pricing logic, contract approach and evidence pack
  • Proposals, objections, switching costs and prior buyer research

Decision outputs

What the work changes

Buyer decision-system map

Who influences, blocks, pays for, adopts and validates the decision, with the evidence each role requires.

Truth Gap heatmap

A comparison between management-predicted decision weights and evidence observed externally.

No-decision and procurement map

Where momentum disappears, including vendor-risk, budget, contracting and internal adoption friction.

Proof and proposition plan

The smallest defensible changes to evidence, packaging or positioning that should be tested next.

Evidence standard

No certainty theatre.

Every conclusion is labelled by evidence strength. Verified facts are separated from corroborated patterns, modelled assumptions and unknowns. The framework is a Mandrixa decision method, not a claimed industry benchmark or guaranteed predictor.

V

Verified in source data.

C

Corroborated across sources.

M

Modelled assumption.

U

Unknown and decision-relevant.

Questions

Buyer Reality Exchange™ FAQ

Is this customer research?

It is decision research. The objective is not to collect opinions or produce personas; it is to explain a specific purchase, rejection, delay or adoption decision.

Can qualitative interviews prove market demand?

No. A small qualitative sample can reveal patterns and decision friction, but it cannot support statistical market-size or representative-demand claims.

Is this lead generation?

No. Participants are approached for neutral evidence, not disguised prospecting. Commercial follow-up is kept separate from the research process.
